The Insurantee® Program Offers Three
Distinct Consumer Protections

1. Deposit Protection - The AWDI Insurantee® Program will safeguard any deposit paid to the value of 25% (or more) of the total value of the job for a period of three months.  NWAS will contact the AWDI Insurantee® Center at the time the deposit is paid and obtain your deposit indemnity protection number.  Coverage is immediate and can be confirmed within 24 hours.
    

2. Product Guarantee Protection - Upon satisfactory completion of your replacement window job, the AWDI Insurantee® Program will issue a Certificate of Performance.  In the unlikely event that the manufacturer ceases to trade, the Insurantee® Program will support their warranties for a full 5 years backed by AWDI and Lloyds of London.
    

3. Installation Guarantee Protection - Upon satisfactory installation of the product(s), the AWDI Insurantee® Program will include installation protection as contained in the Certificate of Performance.  The Insurantee® Program also stands behind the installation warranty - for a full 5 years, backed by AWDI and Lloyds of London.
