The NWAS Process: Initial Visit

• Together determine product needs and requirements.

• Collect important data about your home.

• Establish budgetary guidelines.
  At no time during our initial visit consultation will your NWAS consultant attempt to sell you products.  Our goal today is to answer preliminary questions, and assist you in making an informed window purchase.

• We will complete the following:
     1. Client Survey
     2. Home Inspection
     3. Window Measurement and Assessment

• Consultation fee of $39.00 covers preparation of personalized consumer report, energy audit and product recommendation.

• Second visit will then be scheduled.

The NWAS Process: Second Visit

• Report Review.

• Product Recommendations - Value, Quality & Performance approved by NWAS corporate buyers.

• If you choose NWAS recommended products and solution, we will write a purchase agreement and register your deposit with Insurantee® office.

The NWAS Process: Installation

• Office will contact you to schedule final measure and installation of products.  When the job is completed, homeowner fills out a completion and satisfaction form that is sent to corporate offices.
